You'll need to be a proven performer - with a track record of improving bottom-line results and earning return work with clients. If that's you, we'd like to hear from you.
Management consultants need to have a pragmatic, affable, results-orientated and hands-on approach. You need to be able to work with anyone from the boardroom to the shop floor - probably because you’ve already been there yourself. And you’ll need to have demonstrated success in evaluating strategy, analysing and improving operations, and getting buy-in from teams to create positive change.
Project managers need to demonstrate strong all-round skills: managing consulting staff, taking personal responsibility for delivery, and developing new projects that make life easier for clients.
You must be focused on value, deadlines and budgets - no excuses. As a consultancy, Implement is about making things happen, not talking our clients into the ground.
